Right off the back Chef Sam and Tia were helpful in helping me choose a menu for my graduation party. The tacos were delicious, and Chef Sam even made new dish he’s never tried and man he DIDN'T disappoint. Can’t wait to have an event again because I want to try all of Chef Sam’s dishes. They’ll work with you and your budget needs. Definitely get them a try.

celebrated my moms 75th birthday and wanted a Brazilian food. Chef Sam did his research and came up with a delicious BBQ menu. The party was a success and the Brazilian BBQ from chef Sam was simply hands down one of the best. Everyone kept complimenting the food. Must say it was one of the high lights of the night. Chef and his staff were very professional and friendly, Tia was a pleasure to work with, she was my point of contact and worked with me to get everything right, she answered every question and made sure everything was perfect. I would highly recommend them and looking forward to my next big event so I can use them again.

Thank you for catering my baby shower today. You were very professional and the food was served HOT and Ready for my party. Your Rib tips, bbq Ribs, baked beans, Mac&cheese and potato salad was absolutely delicious and the Talk of the night! Thank you for making my event so special.

We contracted Chef Sam's Catering for an event and they were wonderful to work with. Staff showed up on time and were extremely helpful serving our guests. The food was delicious and we would definitely recommend them for your events.

Sam was very accommodating regarding our requests for the food. The groom has a lot of allergy and Sam is willing to cook his food . We tasted his barbecue and it was excellent. We are excited to have him.
